Our Summer Holiday
If you are interested in coming and experiencing the wonder that is ORCHYD, look no further!
The ORCHYD holiday aims to be a fantastic residential experience. The next holiday will be held from 31st July - 8th August 2025 (exact dates to be confirmed).
We are based in St Martins Church Hall, Ruislip, which is where the children lay their heads at night and where they are assigned a helper each morning before setting off on another amazing day's adventure.

Here’s a snippet of an ORCHYD holiday…
Welcome
On the first day of ORCHYD you will arrive at our hall with your family and meet our volunteers. There will be couple of stations to visit to get you checked in and then you can pick your bed!
Farm Park Visit
You will love visiting a farm park! You will get to feed lots of animals, explore the acres of land on a tractor bus and enjoy the soft play area.
Swimming & Cinema
A favourite trip for the child is taking a trip to the swimming pool for some fun and games, and then after lunch we watch a film in the cinema.
Camp Mohawk
Everyone likes a trip to Camp Mohawk. It is a campsite that has a swimming pool, sensory garden and soft play. So much fun!
Petting Zoo
We love hosting a petting zoo to make friends with the animals and learn about them.
Camping Experience
We enjoy visiting the local woods and experience what it’s like to go camping!
Gulliver’s Land
We take a adrenaline-filled trip to Gulliver’s Land theme park, whether fast rides or slow ones are your think there is something for everyone!
Thames Valley Adventure Playground
We head over to TVAP to make the most of their playground and sensory room.

31st May - Application process closes
30th June - All applicants will be notified by this date whether they have been successful in securing a place.
